*COVID 19 Global Update*
We anticipate that some orders for Poster Pagoda in 2020 will be significantly impacted. Due to the unprecedented uncertainty caused by the global pandemic, which has led to supply chain disruptions, all customers must be prepared for various unexpected situations. All orders will be produced and shipped on time, but due to government intervention and economic shutdowns, shipping times to some countries may be longer than usual. In addition, some logistics tracking numbers may be inaccurate or slow to update.
Extended Refund Period
Due to the impact of the new crown epidemic (Covid-19), we have extended the refund period for all orders between February and May by one month. This means that you can get a refund after 90 days.
Our goal is to provide you with the best and most economical shipping options, no matter where you are. Each product requires a certain amount of production and processing time before it can be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. However, during peak seasons, shipping time may take up to 7 business days. If you order multiple products, these orders may come from different warehouses. In this case, you may receive different packaging at different times. Below is an approximate delivery time for your reference.
Returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited unless the product is defective and we notify us of the issue within one week of receiving the product, and our team will be able to assist you.
Defective/Damaged Items Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are always ready to assist you. Please review the Return and Refund Policy below:
1. Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence or other information to assess the issue.
2. Return Requirements: For defective or damaged items, we require the item to be returned so that we can process a refund. Our team will provide you with specific instructions for a safe return. Please return the item within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect or damage. If the item is assessed to be eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.
4. Returned Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging (if any) and in the same condition as they were received. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during the return journey.
5. Refund Options: Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be correct, we will refund your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. No Return, No Refund: Unfortunately, we may not be able to refund if the item is not returned in accordance with our instructions or does not meet our criteria for defective or damaged items.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you understand and accept that the item needs to be returned in accordance with our refund policy in order to initiate the refund process. Please ensure that you order the correct item, size, and color. Please always read the size listed in the description of each item. If there is no size listed, please email us.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Our policy is in effect for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you made your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days, the amount will be automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for an identical item, please email Support@HarperDavis.shop and we will provide you with a return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. We will mail the gift certificate to you once we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email Support@HarperDavis.shop and explain the situation and they will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive at your address may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
