Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! We ship worldwide, including to PO Boxes and APO/EPO/DPO addresses.
UPDATE: February orders may be delayed by three weeks. This means your order will not ship until around February 23rd. We will ship in chronological order.
Premium Shipping usually takes 3-6 weeks, depending on location, but includes a tracking number, which you can find in the email you received after your order is completed. If you do not receive your poster within the estimated time, don't worry! If your product does not arrive within 60 days, please email Support@HarperDavis.shop and one of our customer service representatives will investigate your situation. If you contact us and still have not received your item after 60 days, we guarantee to provide you with a full refund or re-ship it at no charge.
Our Free Shipping option usually takes 3-10 weeks to arrive at your door, depending on the country you live in (factors such as logistics delays and customs clearance may affect delivery time) Please note: Free Shipping does not include a valid tracking number!

We anticipate that some orders for Poster Pagoda will be significantly impacted in 2020/2021. Due to the unprecedented uncertainty caused by the global pandemic causing supply chain disruptions, all customers must be prepared for the unexpected. All orders will be produced and shipped in a timely manner, but due to government intervention and economic shutdowns, shipping times to some countries may be longer than usual. In addition, some tracking numbers may be inaccurate or slow to update.
International Shipping We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries on all continents. It is possible that the customs in your country may hold the package for several days, as we work with E-packet, FedEx and DHL, this rarely happens, but if it does, we will handle it efficiently. If necessary, you as the consumer are responsible for paying all applicable import fees.
Returns Returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited unless the product is significantly defective and you notify us within one week of receiving the item and our team will assist you immediately.
Please make sure you order the correct item, size and color. No returns for wrong size. Please be sure to read the sizes listed in each item's description. If there are no sizes listed, please email us.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Our policy is in effect for 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you completed your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
Some items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
Do not return your item to the manufacturer.
In some cases, we only allow partial refunds (if applicable)
Books that show obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
